Tracy Cecil
Tracy Cecil is the founder of Cecil Consulting Group. She has over fifteen years of project management experience in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She has provided project management for nonprofit mergers, developed strategic plans, designed and implemented program evaluation systems, overseen multi-million dollar capital renovation projects, planned and executed new program launches, and directed grant-making and grant-writing activities. Formerly Deputy Executive Director at N Street Village, an organization providing supportive services and housing for homeless and low-income women in Washington, D.C., she was an integral part of the senior leadership team that grew the organization from one site to five, doubling the number of women served every year and increasing the organization's housing capacity by 400 percent. Tracy earned her MSW at The Catholic University of America, holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and a Certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource.
